FFM Terms of Service

These terms apply to FFM (Fallen FM Radio), a Discord music bot operated by its owner ("the operator"). By installing FFM or using its commands after these terms are made available, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the bot and, if you manage the server, remove it.
1. Eligibility and access
You must meet Discord's minimum age requirement for your country and comply with applicable law. If you cannot legally accept these terms on your own, a parent or legal guardian must accept them for you. Installing the bot requires authority to add it to the server. The operator may restrict commands to approved users and servers. Permission to use the bot does not give you access to the operator's accounts or credentials.
2. What FFM does
FFM provides slash commands to join a server voice channel, search for music, queue supported tracks or playlists, and control playback. People in the connected voice channel can hear playback. Track titles and links may appear in the text channel used to start the voice connection. Features, queue limits, supported sources, and availability may change.
3. Acceptable use
Use FFM lawfully and follow the server's rules, Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, and the applicable terms of any media service. Do not use FFM to infringe copyright, harass others, distribute unlawful content, overload services, exploit vulnerabilities, bypass access restrictions, or obtain or share another person's credentials. Do not use commands or links to expose private or sensitive information.
4. Music and third-party services
You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to request and share content with listeners. FFM does not grant a music license, public-performance right, or permission to download, redistribute, or bypass a service's restrictions. A paid music subscription does not itself establish permission to share music through a bot.
FFM is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Discord, Google, or YouTube. Those services operate under their own terms and policies. Content may be unavailable or removed, and third-party changes may interrupt playback. The operator may refuse or stop playback when needed to respect rights, service rules, or legal requirements.
5. Privacy
The separate Privacy Policy explains the information the current bot processes, third-party requests, and available privacy controls. Do not send passwords, bot tokens, or session cookies through bot commands or support messages.
6. Availability and fees
Song/link playback, playlist-link imports, queue controls, and volume are free. FFM Radio Premium has a base price of $4.99 USD per month per server and includes song and genre radio, saved playlists, saved stations, daily station changes, optional DJ-role controls, and custom now-playing announcements. One subscription covers everyone in the selected server. Limits and behavior are described in the premium guide.
Each server has one 30-minute trial beginning with its first successful radio activation. It includes all premium tools, runs continuously even while stopped or offline, and never automatically charges. Verified invitations by FFM's configured owner grant the premium bundle free forever for that server. Access is subject to these terms and service availability.
Paid subscriptions are purchased through Discord and renew monthly until canceled. Review the final price, taxes, currency, interval, and applicable purchase terms at checkout. Manage or cancel a subscription through Discord; removing the bot does not itself cancel billing. See Discord's cancellation instructions. Refund requests follow Discord's applicable refund process and any mandatory consumer rights. Contact the operator for bot-access problems, or Discord for billing assistance.
When access expires, premium radio and tools stop being available. Free playback remains available; saved content is retained for listing/deletion and later reactivation. DJ restrictions stop applying and announcements revert to default. There is no guarantee of continuous hosting, uninterrupted playback, preservation of queues or saved content, or continued support. FFM depends on the operator's computer, network access, Discord, and media providers. Payment does not grant music licenses or third-party playback rights.
7. Suspension and ending use
The operator may restrict or end access for misuse, security concerns, legal or platform requirements, or operational reasons. You may stop using FFM at any time. Server administrators can revoke its permissions or remove it. Stopping use does not automatically delete messages already posted in Discord.
8. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, FFM is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The operator does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or availability of third-party content.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, FFM. These terms do not exclude liability or limit consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
9. Changes
Updated terms will be posted here with a revised effective date. Material changes will also be announced in the server where FFM operates before taking effect, where reasonably practicable. Continued use after the updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law. If you disagree, stop using FFM.

For support, privacy requests, security reports, or copyright concerns, contact the bot operator directly on Discord: @thefallencourier. Identify the bot as FFM (Fallen FM Radio). For content concerns, include the relevant track or message link and a description of the issue. Do not include passwords or session cookies.
